State agencies and community organizations worked together with America's pharmaceutical companies to develop Rx4NJ.
If you have a hard time paying for your medications, you may be eligible for help in paying for your prescriptions. We encourage you to go through the site to see if you can receive free or discounted medications.
Rx4NJ makes it very easy to find out if you, a loved one or one of your patients qualify for assistance. First, select your point of entry to the application process by clicking on the Patient, Caregiver or Prescriber button on this page. Then follow the on-screen step-by-step directions. If you are eligible, you will receive an application that can be printed out and returned directly to the drug manufacturer for final approval, after your doctor has approved and signed it.
